THE AWARD WINNING 'THE FRUIT BOMB' SUNTORY AUSTRALIA 2004 SA STATE WINNER 
AN EXPLOSION OF APPLE, ORANGE, LIME AND BANANA WITH BLACKCURRANT AND A HINT OF LAVENDER. Bec recently entered the Suntory Cup 204 State Cocktail Making Competition at the Adelaide Hospitality Expo. There were 123 entrants, 27 Finalists with Bec winning the competition by a huge 23 points. The competition compised of creating your own Cocktail and presenting it to a panel of judges, where it was to be judged on Aroma, Taste, Look & Name. Bec and Kym were flown to Sydney where she competed against Australia's Best for the National Title. It was all very interesting and a challenging experience. |
